Director of EB-5 Financing
Trevor Anderson, who has been with HomeFed Corporation since 2014, is the Director of EB-5 Financing. (Congress established the Immigrant Investor Program, or EB-5, in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy.) Mr. Anderson spent his early years at HomeFed constructing and managing the company’s financial models. Currently, he plays an integral role in HomeFed’s EB-5 offerings and spends much of his time managing the company’s foreign investment related marketing and compliance efforts. In addition to those responsibilities, he helps manage the company’s multifamily residential development projects. Trevor earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
