Ben Kienast
Development Project Assistant
Ben Kienast serves on the Vertical Development team at HomeFed Corporation, where he supports the execution of multifamily and other vertical development projects from feasibility through permitting, construction, and lease-up. He works closely with local municipalities, consultants, and project partners to secure approvals and drive projects through completion. Since joining HomeFed in 2020, he has contributed across both development and asset management functions in support of the company’s master-planned communities.
Mr. Kienast holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
