Domenic Ramundo
Vice President, Development
Domenic Ramundo serves as Vice President, Development for HomeFed Corporation. He oversees the multi-family development lifecycle including feasibility, project entitlements, plan development, permitting and construction. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, Mr. Ramundo continues to build and sustain strong relationships in a results-driven industry. Prior to joining HomeFed in 2025, he served as Vice President of Development for a San Diego based real estate investment group with holdings in Southern California and Colorado, and also served as Project Manager for Brookfield Residential and KB Home.
Mr. Ramundo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and is licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
