Don Ross
Project Manager
Don Ross, a Project Manager with HomeFed, has played a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of the overall Otay Ranch Master Planned Community. With over 25 years of experience working on Otay Ranch, he currently manages the processing and installation of landscaping as well as the planning, permitting and installation of community swim clubs and parks. Mr. Ross has served as the President on several Home Owners Associations and manages the processing of California Department of Real Estate documents. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin.
