Graham Fisher
Senior Associate
Graham Fisher is a Senior Associate at HomeFed Corporation and has been with the company since 2022.
Mr. Fisher’s responsibilities cover multiple facets of HomeFed’s day-to-day development and acquisition efforts. Integral to these efforts are financial modeling, project analytics and corporate strategy. As a member of the development team, he provides insights to explore opportunities and sensitivities to both HomeFed’s current and future projects across all asset classes. As a core member of the affordable housing team, Mr. Fisher underwrites new opportunities in both acquisition and development across multiple national and state-specific affordable housing programs.
Prior to joining HomeFed, Mr. Fisher worked as a Commercial Real Estate banker in New York City covering institutional investors, private equity funds, family offices and developers – closing over 2 billion dollars in financings.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina
