Jacob Fish

Vice President – Community Development

Jacob Fish is a Vice President at HomeFed, a Jefferies Financial Company, and is responsible for the planning, entitlement, and execution of the 700-acre SweetBay community in Panama City, Florida. Mr. Fish has been associated with the company for over 10 years; having worked first for Leucadia National Corporation, and more recently for HomeFed. Prior to joining Leucadia, Jacob was a Director of Strategic Planning and Project Manager for the St. Joe Company. He is the Founder and Chairman of University Academy, a top-performing charter school in Panama City. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Florida.
