Leon Hayden

Leon Hayden has been with HomeFed Corporation for 24 years, most recently as Vice President of Construction. He began his tenure with the company as Construction Manager for The Harbor Club, two luxury, 41-story towers in Downtown San Diego. He is currently overseeing the final development of San Elijo Hills and managing contracts for all HomeFed projects in California, South Carolina, Virginia and Florida. Prior to joining HomeFed, Mr. Hayden was a purchasing agent for Diversified Builders Services, a Corky McMillin Company. Earlier, he held various positions with Showcase Homes of Westminster, Calif, where he was involved with the development of residential neighborhoods in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties. Mr. Hayden earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and served in the United States Marine Corps.
