Louis Lukondi
Project Manager
Louis Lukondi is a Project Manager on the Development Team at HomeFed Corporation and has been with the company since 2021. He primarily supports horizontal land development activity in Chula Vista’s Otay Ranch community, while also being involved in various other development projects across the Company’s portfolio.
As a Project Manager, Mr. Lukondi has broad responsibility for providing management of the Company’s development assets including planning, engineering, construction, cost projections, consultant coordination and collaboration, cost control and revenue generation. Mr. Lukondi brings a healthy combination of analytical rigor, financial acumen, and strategic vision to the team.
Prior to joining HomeFed Corporation, Mr. Lukondi held various positions in the banking and finance sectors, including corporate strategy, investment banking, commercial real estate banking, and real estate private equity. Mr. Lukondi also currently serves as a Marine Corps officer in the Reserves.
He earned a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College in New York City and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
