Rich Norton
Vice President of Construction
Rich Norton is Vice President of Construction at HomeFed Corporation. As Vice President, Mr. Norton oversees forward planning and construction of master-planned communities in Chula Vista’s Otay Ranch. In his role as Vice President, he meets with clients to discuss progress, determines manpower requirements, ensures goals are met on schedule, reviews and prepares budgets and contracts, and coordinates the schedule of subcontractors. With twenty-five years of planning, land development, and home building experience, he is an industry veteran who embodies a vision for quality and honesty.
Mr. Norton is an active member of the Builder’s Industry Association. He earned Superintendent of the Year in 2018 and continues to mentor aspiring leaders in the construction field. He earned a Bachelors of Arts in Organization and Behavior Management and a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Canyon University.
