Shaun Bradley is Vice President of Affordable Housing at HomeFed Corporation. He specializes in development and investment with expertise in virtually all facets of the multifamily industry, and experience with more than $1.5 Billion in transactions throughout his career.
As Vice President, Mr. Bradley spearheads and manages the acquisitions process for the firm’s specialized investments, with an emphasis on creation and preservation of affordable housing. Mr. Bradley also pursues non-traditional opportunities on behalf of the company, sourcing, analyzing, and structuring creative acquisition and investment opportunities for the firm.
Prior to joining HomeFed Corporation, Mr. Bradley served in senior leadership for a large, privately-held affordable housing developer utilizing bond/tax credit financing. He also served in management for a national developer of senior housing and proved instrumental in the success with its first and second funds.
Mr. Bradley earned his degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
