Heart of revitalized Brooklyn

Brooklyn Renaissance Plaza, which includes a 32-story mixed-use office tower, the 24-story New York Marriott at The Brooklyn Bridge and an underground parking garage, was instrumental in the revitalization of Downtown Brooklyn. The 667-room hotel was the first hotel built in Brooklyn in more than 50 years.

Conveniently located near 14 subway lines and 11 bus routes, the 1.5 million-square-foot Brooklyn Renaissance Plaza offers breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor.

Outstanding partners

The 850,000-square-foot office building and 888-space garage are owned in partnership with Muss Development LLC, one of the largest real estate development companies in New York City, which has been actively building in the five boroughs since 1906. The hotel is owned in partnership with Muss Development and Marriott International.

The office tower, built in 1998, houses a variety of retailers, businesses and government entities, including the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, New York City Department of Education, the New York City Employees Retirement System and the United States General Services Administration.
